I had my SA-17 sitting around all winter, and I went and took it out, re-lubed it, and went out to shoot it. I put a brand new cartridge in it, and tried to fire it, but it acted like it did not have enough air, and when it shot, it sent the ball about 3 feet, and uncocked itself. I turned the velocity up to max, and still had the same problem. I know that I have enough air, I went through 5 new cartridges with the same problem. Any ideas?

If I can't get it fixed through here, I guess I will have to send it back in to be fixed for the 2nd time.

You need to lube up the stryker o-ring. Put a tonne of lube on there and make sure its not swelled or damaged. Ive seen this a thousand times. Lube the stryker and your problems will be solved.

Its not on the bolt at all. Its on the hammer. Just lube it up and it will work perfectly.

The hammer is on the bottom tube: check page 5 of the manual:
http://www.paintball...ls/bt/SA-17.pdf

Page 6 fig 9.1 has a pic of it - its the silver thing in the picture. Theres an o-ring - lube it.
