Jungle Warfare
(Scenario Paintball Game)

In the jungles of Columbia a CIA plane carrying gold bouillon for the Colombian government has gone down. Half of the crew were killed on impact, the other half were relatively unhurt and are trying to pack-out as much gold as they can carry. The US has not been able to reestablish communication with the crew and has decided to send in a team of Special Forces Rangers to try and recover the gold. However the Colombian rebels fighting in the jungles are also aware of the downed plane and its cargo. Both teams will be racing to recover as much gold as possible. To complicate matters there is a small tribe of natives living in the area who have no interest in the gold but consider all trespassers as enemies.

Most missions will revolve around recovering caches of gold hidden around the playing field. Points will be accessed as dollar values. Some of the recovered items may not contain gold but clues, maps or numbers to a combination lock that would contain a bonus of gold bars at the crash site. The natives are allies to no one and have no interest in the gold, however they may have information that they would trade for supplies (paintballs, water, etc.). Each team will be given 10 parachute cards that would allow them to contact a referee and be allowed to go out of bounds and be inserted at any point on the boundary (one insertion per card). Gold can be turned in at the south end of the field for points. Gold not turned-in or on it’s way to being turned-in can be captured by the other side. No gold can be carried off the playing field. A player must drop his gold whenever he is marked. A large battle will be staged at the end of each session for a bonus stash of gold. Gold not deposited before the end of the game will not be counted even though it is in a team’s possession.

Each player receives one reincarnation card to be used once during the day at the player discretion. The card would allow the player to remain in a skirmish and would be taken by a referee after it’s use.

This is why they don't get a good turn out at their events.
