GoG Envy. And Welcome to the Forums!!
It is about the quietest gun you'll ever get, and is the best marker to get at under 200$, at least for now. It is a spool valve, and has a low force bolt to prevent chops. Upgrade it with maybe a blackheart board and better trigger, and you have yourself a great marker!

GoG Envy is $199.95 without the blackheart board, that's if your willing to shell out the extra cash. If not then the Azodin Blitz is $169.95

Very true the Azodin Blitz is a great gun. Shoots kinda like a spool too, though its blowback. I use one, and its a blast to shoot. Plus Azodin has AMAZING customer service just in case you have something wrong with it.

Its worth the extra $20 to go up to the GOG envy. For the price, its an incredible gun.

For 150.00 you're best bet is the 2012 Spyder Fenix. The Fenix and the Blitz are the exact same marker w/three differences. The Blitz is threaded for Autococker barrels and it comes stock w/macro line as opposed to braided steel. If you're going to run CO2, you'd need to change out the macro for braided steel. The Fenix comes w/a better locking feed neck, Spyder threaded barrel and braided steel air line so you don't have to change out if you're running CO2.

GoG Envy. Anything else in that price range wouldn't be worth it.

No I would get an Azodin over a Spyder any day. Either get the Envy or the Azodin Zenith.

Your going to need more than just a marker to play paintball. You will need a tank, loader, and mask aswell... those are the essentials anyway.

So my suggestion for you is to save up more money until you can get a decent setup. I always suggest getting a used marker, especially considering you can get a heck of a better used marker than a new marker in the sub $200 price range.

I show up at a field that I never been to before for some rec-play wearing cargo pants with a t-shirt....carrying a old mech Spyder and two pringle potato chip cans for pods shoved in the pants pockets. The stares are priceless and after the first game or so you get to see the grins from the ref and players who know....priceless.

No... If you have a heavy loader and a steely tank than it can be smooth, but it is still loud and has a bang sound. And they have IMO one of the best customer services in the paintball industry. I wanted to know the O-Ring sizes and they made me a chart.

Straight from reviews I would go with the Envy. However, if you cannot pay 200$ I would go with the Azodin Blitz. It's a decent marker for a good price.

Or you could get a used alias, fep quest, Legend, etek2, ego6, or pm7 for around $150- $200.... all of which indefinitely out perform everything previously mentioned.

Save up a tad more and get the envy, waiting an extra month or something like that to get get more cash can really be worth it rather than getting something that you can afford at the moment but will not be as good, that is just what I took from my experience.

unless you are planning on going straignt into speedball/ tournaments the best setup ive seen is a good condition autockcker trilogy sport . (ive seen them as low as $40.00) it can run co2 just fine, and for the price you cant beat it in the mech gun category, they ONLY downside to them is the feedneck, they wont fit a halo or other superloaders without modification.
