The Caller Times of Corpus Christi, TX is reporting that one of the teens involved with a driveby shooting that contributed to the death of a passenger in a car chasing the vandals may be in more trouble.

The unnamed teen has been caught again - this time reportedly throwing eggs at senior citizens - and authorities are looking into the books to see what (and how many) additional charges they can pile up on him.

The passenger that died in the previous incident was a passenger in a Ford Bronco that gave chase to the drive-by shooter’s car, crashed and rolled over. The driver of that car may be up on charges of ‘intoxicated manslaughter’.

Almost being a senior myself, I sure hope that they make it legal to strip the vandals, coat them in honey and stake them out over a fire ant mound…

I don't think they have a too good of case. I dislike vandals as much as the other, but which do you like less paintball vandals or drunk drivers. The drunk driving is much dangerous than paintball vandals. Two wrongs do make a right and all that stuff. If I get angry at someone even in Texas you don't have the right to chase them down with your car when not on your property. A police incident turned into a tragedy. Further more when paintball guns were removed from the picture the vandal threw eggs. It goes to what I said all along if it wasn't for paintballs they would go to something else. I would take Paintballs over spray paint and eggs any day.
