I feel as though my post is lacking so below I have attached a picture of a shark giving a gorilla a high five in front of an explosion.

i got a barrel maid on friday and used it in a scenario game saturday, it works pretty good for a fast clean. if you have the time a pull through squeege or pushing a swab through works better.

note: do not use this with an apex / apex2 barrel, because of how it opens up at the ramped area it just dumps all the paint there and makes even worse. with normal barrels its fine though

I got mine on eBay a couple weeks ago, only a dollar more than from exalt for shipping. It was priority so I don't even mind.

Still don't see why people drop extra dollars on stuff that pushes the paint back down your barrel.
I still run the old school "T" style swabs. Though, as far as other push/pull swabs go, this one seems pretty solid.

... the whole idea of this squeegee is that it doesn't push the paint down your barrel...

Yeah, it's designed so that when pushing it down your barrel, the squeegee part is recessed, and when you start to pull it out the squeegee engages, pulling all the paint out with it. You're not just pushing paint down the barrel.

My mistake. Last night, I just looked at the picture and it looked like any other push/pull swab.

This is interesting. I don't typically wear bottoms with squeegie pockets (which is another reason I love the T swabs on a lanyard around my neck). But I think I may have to give this a try. I love my Exalt speedfeed, loved their cleats when I tried them, so I'll try this out.
Prime example of "Read the friggin manual, don't just look at the pictures"!
