Help
My brand new Empire axe has been having some problems.
I took my axe out of the box, shot 200 rounds or so and boom! There's a leak in between the two air transfer tubes.
I took it to the shop and 2 weeks later, the tech concluded that the problem was a nicked o-ring on the transfer tubes.
I happily went home with my fully repaired gun, shot 100 rounds and now its leaking again between the two air transfer tubes.
It sounds like a freaking leaf blowing! Whats going on?

Contact Kee. It sounds like something is not screwed in properly though.

Mine did the same thing, I sent it in to kee and they Definately took care of it. Great customer service.

I'm not sure if it's worth sending in, as this may be a simple fix. Try making sure that the ASA is situated so that the male and female end line up properly. Then, put on a new O-ring and put just a little lube on it, not much. Then, screw down the transfer tube into the ASA and make sure it's secure. Also, is your operating pressure at what it should be?
The ASA and transfer tube connection is simple, this could take less than 20 minutes to fix on your own, and would save you a lot of time.

Ya its at 190 psi.

Can the o ring in the middle of the 2 air transfer tubes burst if you turn on the ASA to quickly?
