what i do is stay in my bunker with just my gun held above the bunker so the other player sees my can and realizes im out then i slowly get up maknig sure they know im out.

yeah i put my gun out once got hit inthe trigger frame.. never will i put my gun out.. now i just stand up and take it like a man

I put my hand out, if that doesn't work I yell hit as loud as I can. If your playing at a field that has reffs they should help you out of your bunker.
