geo 3 by far personally, it will cost a good bit more yes but what you get with it helps make up for it

I would say they are both comparably smooth and both should be similar on efficiency but the geo3 will have much easier maintenance, not to mention a smaller profile.

the DM bolt has like 2 more pieces and roughly the same number of orings. Maintenance is the exact same.

A high end is a high end.

I'm a bit biased since I really like Geos and don't like DMs at all but that's personal preference, I just don't like how tall the DM feels in my hands. Also I've had nothing but troubles with Dye CS in the past. However many have great things to say so maybe I've just been getting the idiots.

The DM series has stayed the same for the most part. You will be getting a marker that DYE has not really had to change for the last couple of years to get the gun to sell more. The GEO to me personally is a sad excuse for a spool valve at least I thought like that up till the release of the geo 3, I really have no opinion o the GEO 3 even though my friend has it. So go shoot the guns and decide through that

Simply based on triggers, definitely geo. The trigger on the ul frame feels gravelly, like the spring is rubbing on something. The trigger on the geo is fantastic, smooth and has options of spring or magnet
