Empire91 Moderator Application When do I start.

Years of paintball experience
I've been playing for eight years, getting closer to nine.
Are you familiar with IP Board
Familiar yes, confident with it no. But given the opportunity I can prove I'm a quick learner .
What other message boards have you moderated, started, or assisted with
I have no prior experience with message boards.
What sections would you like to help the TechPB community out with?
Honestly I believe I would be effective in any section on TechPb. I really just want to help wherever I can.
Have you ever worked at a paintball store, field, or within the industry?
I worked at my local field for the first couple of years. Since college I ref every now and then, but not at the level that I used to.
Have you played in any major events? Scenario Games, National Tournaments, etc?
I've played a few local tournaments, as well as some of the larger Southern Illinois scenario games.
Any other forums you currently moderate at?
No

Short Bio:
I started playing paintball in the sixth grade. After my first couple of times playing I was hooked. I started working there as a ref for the basic perks like free entry and discounted paint. The local field team has the mission of bringing a positive influence to the sport, and being ambassadors is one of their key goals. This mission has stuck with me through the years, and I feel that that mission is carried out here perfectly at TechPb. I hope that I can someday help this community grow as more than just a regular member.

meh, I haven't seen you around very much. You don't have that special place on my list of techpb'ers I respect. No offense I just haven't had any fun times with you or seen you contribute a whole lot.

I've seen you around, you're on my list of becoming on my list. I would put you at just sub-mod level at this point.

I've seen him around quite a bit, pretty cool guy, never seen him say anything stupid. So that a plus, actually I've only seen him help people.

I haven't seen him around much. But what I HAVE seen have usually good posts. But still, it's a no for now.

Yeah, I'm working on getting into the chat room more. I just figured I'd put it in and by the time they need another mod maybe I'd be at the point to be more competitive.

I haven't seen anything that would make me say no, just that you've only just started to become more active. I'll go with a neutral vote for now, though I might change my mind in a few months.

I can say from what I've seen you make quality posts and you're a positive member to the community.

I think you have the potential to be a future staffer, but for the time being I'll encourage you to keep up the positive attitude. There's no post requirement for becoming a staff member, just stick around a little longer and continue to support other members of the community.

A very positive and active member within the TechPB community. I know the supply for mods is much more than the demand, but when the time comes, he would be a good guy for the job.
