As smooth as this guns is, I don't think I'll be able to justify owning one with its curren price tag.

I've decided I'm going to start working on a mech timmy. I'm thinking of buying a pretty much standard alias, meching it, and getting it anno'd a rendition color scheme.

That would be sick, make sure to post updates here when you can so we can see how its going.

Nice gun sambo, I was always interested in trying an alien but didnt want to spend the money, or trade what I currently have for one.

Probably won't happen for a while. I'm fighting a shocker that just won't stop leaking right now, and I have school and other expenses on my plate. Its probably going to be next summers project though.

Is there somewhere that shows you step by step by how to make one, or are you just going to do some experiments? What kind of shocker you running? I should have a Dynasty sft in the mail in about a week or so.

I got a toxic right now. I have a manifold or solenoid leak that is pissing me off, as well a a leak in the reg. I relubed the reg and manifold to no effect today, so I'm going to try a different solenoid that I know isn't leaking to see if its the manifold. I'll fight the reg some other time.

As for the mech timmy, I'm pretty much going to do the same as a mech ion. Replace the solenoid with a mechanical valve and make a bracket to hold it in place. Haven't quite gotten to what type of valve I'm going to use, much less how to do the bracket, but other then making and mounting the bracket, it should be very simple.
