 You want to trade all of that for a Prophecy loader? If so, I'd be willing to trade provided that everything is in good working condition and you could provide a picture and possibly a video as well.

This is my Prophecy that is in great condition, just normal wear and small scratches from normal play. The hopper has been used fewer than 5 times. I have the original box and manual also.
