CP reg pressures.

Since I don't have a pressure tester, or the place to sweet spot my reg on my S6 after I maintain it I need to know a rough estimate on how many turns in from flush to have about 300PSI output pressure.
Current setup: WGP Trilogy, CCM S6, Ion Xe
