Well, this project started with Borg's unfortunate death, and finally it is nearing completion. Just have to touch up and do some other finishing touches. But everything internally works as seen in the vid. Here is the vid and some pics.

Some specs beforehand:
21" gog tac barrel
Sp-1 breach
dual o-ring redz bolt
1951 Russian sks stock.
Bt springfeed 10 round.
Lee enfield trigger/triggerguard
Mechanical operation - no batteries, semi auto

Here is a closeup of the internals. I used a cocker 3 way and blocked one of the ports. Sorry for the orientation of the photos. I tried to flip them in photobucket, but still show up as this here.

Update: got to try her today in the field. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone. I'll try getting a pic of the internals to aid anyone building something similar.

Yeah, work and life gets in the way of hobbies. I wanted to get her finished for Canadian carnage but fell short.

As for total cost...
I have to field test her first, I never sell any of my projects unless I am 100% satisfied with it. But if I do sell it will be for $350 obo. I don't really make much cash with these projects to make it worth my time. Like I said, more of a hobby than anything.

If you are interested in building your own, price is variable. You may be spending anywhere from 150 to 500. For instance if you buy a new g1 that's $300 right there. Used...maybe 150. Then you have to acquire the rest of the parts. I can't say how much I have spent cause I am a gun whore, and my basement is filled with parts from all sorts of guns( Paintball and firearms )that I have acquired throughout the years.

I did buy $100 worth of valves and quick connects though. Came in packs, which sucks.
