I'm 6'3 ans about 200 pounds so i need a cleat that has both ankle support and be flexible.

I just play recball and wear soccer cleats, my friend wears football cleats. Do u play on turf, woodsball?

while I do like my shredders on turf I find they are poor cleats for grass and worthless for any kind of mud or soft ground
furthermore they fall apart reallly quickly, i am definately not buying another pair once this set is done

Football cleets will give you more ankel support, but be a bit heavier.

get a pair of soccer(futbol) cleats. Light and usually last forever!

If you have strong ankles and like featherweight shoes I'd get soccer cleats or if you have weak ankles or like support in a shoe football cleats are the way to go.
