I've ran into a problem recently i started a new job and i'm working nights and my schedule is messed up most of the time i get off work at 7:00 AM and i sleep during the day my real problem i'm having is i'm confused on when to eat my meals should i do it how i normal would wake up have breakfast then lunch then dinner? I've been working here for about a month now and i'm trying my best with keeping on the diet and i'm still losing weight not as much as i was before but i'm still losing some. Meh, breakfast is overrated. I work nights and I treat breakfast as leftover dinner. Dinner is usually the only "special meal" I cook. Breakfast is leftovers after gym.

I have been told to have a big breakfast, medium size lunch, and a small dinner. Most people tend to just sit there after dinner, while the food is just laying in your stomach. Where breakfast is the meal before you do anything in a day.
