Reliable/durable (with stand everything including rain)
Customisable (the real deal; lasers, tac lights and scopes)
Reasonabaly cheap

I would go with an SP1, since you're obviously into milsim.

As far as "All guns will work in the rain" I dsagree, you still need to take precautions to avoid issues. I had a Geo2 board go on me in the rain last year, and saw 3 separate Axe boards go dead in the rain.

Well the SP1 will work fine, I know when I had a Vibe I played in absolutely pouring rain and the gun worked fine. All I did was tape the barrel, I left the grips and everything else alone.

Am I the only one that when they see FEP QUEST they read it as FAP-QUEST then chuckle silently?

Um....
Lasers: banned at most fields. Too high a risk of some idiot blinding someone else. You won't be able to use these at any commercial field anyway, so why bother getting one?
Tac lights: are a great way to get lit up during a night game. Players have a tendency to shoot at the light. Plus they offer limited visibility unless they're bright enough to potentially blind other players.
Scopes: Paintballs don't have the range to require or make use of magnified optics. If you're into the whole red dot type sight, then fine. But don't get a scope.
My recommendation would be the SP1 as well.
