hey guys please help ive got a pathfinder board for me dm and its never seen water in anyway never played in the rain with it in my marker but when i turned it on this happened at first and now all i get is it says good bye then turns off ...

Now I can't get it to power on all the way ... I turn it on and it comes up " good bye " and turns off and I've tried 2 NEW batterys

Can you access the user settings and reset the board to the stock setting.
Please let me know if that changes anything

Hi I have the pathfinder board for the Dye matrix and up until Sunday

Unfortunately, this looks like only something they can deal with, and you may just need a replacement. They have not contacted you back at all yet?

What kind of battery are you using? How's the wires?

proCELLs and energizer batterys and the wires are ok mate it turns on just dont stay on

I live in the UK and the only contact for them is in the USA :C other then emails

Thing is I just want it sorted that's it as I've now got a dm9 paper weight .... :C and can't play till its sorted
