I would definitely go for the hammer 7, but if I had $1000 in cash I'd buy a lot of things.
Oh and my new marker crush of the day is the Vanguard Demon.
It's like every week I want a different gun that I obviously cannot afford.
I have gun whore problems.

Also, who has seen the awesome Custom Mod Hammer 7 project in the Scenario section? I might get one of those and use an old 10/22 stock I have to do it.
Unrelated, but I might check out the new RAP4 468. Supposedly will be FS capable, for a third hte price of a DAM lol.
Otherwise, might look at a MILSIG Paradigm Pro.

Yea man.....I played speedball once in Washington and loved it, there's more to it than I thought. I always assumed that the team/player spraying more paint ends up winning but now I know better. Im all about playing with people I know though and it usually involves newbies.........scenario play is more appealing and a bit more of a level playing field when it comes to beginners using rentals.
can you link the custom mod hammer 7?

I prefer scenario play just because in a good scenario its a conglomeration of styles. You have your speedball teams, your milsim teams, pump teams, mag-fed teams, old timers, new players, hardcore mission lovers, and those who are content just to have someone point at the enemy and say "See them? Shoot them".
That's what I love so much about Living Legends, it's just the right combination of all of those things. An awesome story line, cool missions that are intense but not super intensive, and encourage good firefights without encouraging "pin the enemy in their hospital" style play. It's got some cool roleplaying options, and just a hell of a lot of fun people to meet and cool stuff to do.
I cannot wait for this year's Living Legends!

I've always wanted to go to LL, but I can't justify to my parents that spending couple hundred on a plane ticket to fly out there to play paintball is normal.
