I just started playing paintball in july and was wondering if I should go to living legends 6. It would cost me at least $1000 for everything and for all that I could go every weekend for the entire summer. I was just wondering is living legends worth the price?

are you buying a whole setup? because if you get like 2-3 cases entry and two nights in a hotel it should be like $300 tack on gas and that is another... lets say $150... how are you getting $1000?

I know that the TOwneplace Marriot for 2 nights is like 100 bucks a night. I am getting a room for 4 people for Thursday Night-Monday morning for 320 bucks....but that's for my military discount.

Hotel's shouldn't cost you that much. Are you adding on a plane ticket to that?

i was getting to $300 total including paint entry AND hotel, probably $100-200 for hotel for two nights. if you spend the night friday and saturday. not staying at the ritz.

My entry and 2 cases I bought in pre-reg: $215
Hotel for two nights: $120
Another case of paint because I shot like an effing psycho: $80
Food: $50

Total: $465, and that was with me not caring what I was spending at the time

Yes i do have to fly because it would cost 2 times more in gas to drive

Sonic, if you want to save money, there will be the ability rent tanks there for like 25 dollars for the weekend. Otherwise, check on the BST (if you are looking for a good scenario tank, check out the 70/45 tank in my gearbag sale ) Haha.

Once we get closer to LL6 people will start trying to find people they can share a hotel room with. Even splitting it between two people will really cut your cost

YES! YES! A 1000 TIMES YES!

It is extremely worth it. I've only been once but with how well the event was ran and how much stuff there was to do and see and check out, I wouldn't miss it!

Legends is more than worth it. I seriously thought about quitting paintball last year and Willie convinced me to come to legends. It's probably the reason why I decided to stick with the sport. Its that fun

It's not so much the game as the people you meet. If you do LL6 and don't go and talk with people then you wasted a trip

Honestly I had equally as much fun meeting and talking with people hanging around the event as I did actually playing it.

I mean I met Wolf, Skeletor, Mike and Willie, IhasaCellular, Sonny Lopez, Nicky Cuba, Viper, and so many more!


By the way Nick, next year if we see FPSRussia again, we actually need to go say Hi this time. Hopefully this time he won't be hung over as hell lol.
