Pretty much what the title says. What are your guys' opinions on these two markers? Pros? Cons? Which one would you take? I'm thinking of buying either an Empire/Invert Mini or a Dangerous Power G4. So I want your guys' opinions. Just compare the two and answer the poll. Thanks. =)

I had a dangerous power G4 and it was great when it worked, but it broke alot. Some people will tell me "that's because you didn't maintain it properly" and stuff like that but no, out of the box it didn't work and I played at an indoor field with experienced tech's who fixed it and it broke all the time. Bolt stick, leaks, only good thing is no o-rings on the bolt.

used axe and your golden. But new, out of those two, the mini. If you want new, in this price range, go extcy or proto rail.

Well for me, this is my first REAL speedball marker. I used to own a crappy Tippmann 98C that I attempted to convert into a speedball marker. I've since sold that and am a little short on money. I may consider an Axe but we'll have to see. Isn't the Mini essentially a smaller Axe? From a few videos and forum posts that I've seen, the Mini is just a smaller Axe and the two markers have almost identical performance specs. I have small hands so I'm thinking the Mini would be good for me.

The Mini's efficiency is not as good as the Axe and it has the shittiest trigger in paintball.

So why would it be worth it to drop an extra $100-$150 on an Axe to get slightly better efficiency and a better trigger?

Because it is.
Because I would just run over a Mini with my car if I ever got one. I can honestly say that I would pick a 98C over a Mini.
You also get an $80 regulator on there.

Between the Axe and Mini, if I didn't care about an on/off asa, the size difference or the efficiency, what's so bad about the Mini's trigger? Inform me please. I'm a noob to the world of real speedball markers sooo.. I've heard there's quite a bit of side-to-side play but how much would the trigger affect your performance? And even if the trigger is that bad, couldn't you just replace the Mini's trigger with something better?

The minis trigger has a lot of wobble from what I have used and it just feels odd because of the optic bullshit. I like to feel my trigger when it trips.

The g4 leaks a lot and is either a hit or miss from what ive heard....the mini has quality control issues but the later models have improved, but I would save up to get a used axe if you're planning on upping the mini.

I have an opportunity to purchase this new Axe. It's been taken out of the box and had a custom anodization. He's asking $450 OBO. The only problem is, I don't have $400-$450. I only have $250.
