Yeah ok i called DP and they said that the parts were not similar to the revi but more the the G3 with internals but they wouldnt be able to help you if something on the outside broke (which nothing ever usually does) but i like the way the threshy looks but i know that i will definatly have parts for the G3se i also hear they both get the job done at equal rates they are the same price (399) anyway so i dont care but i want good looks but i also want part safety

Pros of G3
-awsome board
-2 piece 14in barrel
-New better trigger than the standard g3
-New reg seat and piston
-very light
-Life time warranty
-RAPS ASA

Cons of G3
-not very efficent
-on off button is hard to push

Pros of Threshold
-Not common( cool to own something rare)
-2 piece 14 in barrel
-RAPS asa
-Milling
-life time warranty

Cons of treshold
-board
-trigger
-aftermarket parts

I would go with the G3 SE by far second best gun DP makes behind the REV-I of course

everyone seems to complain about the on button being hard to push just take the jewel off and put a tiny piece of paper or something in there fixes it in under 10 seconds lol

I agree, the power button is an easy fix. So that leaves the Efficiency con. Could you elaborate on how the efficiency is poor? And this is the G3 SE you're referring to correct?

For example, how would you rate the efficiency (pros and cons) according to the different game styles (ie. tourney, speedball, xball, scenario, woodsball, etc.). I'm guessing the efficiency would hurt most in scenarios since the time factor but would you really notice it in fast 5 min xball games?

When i play airball/speedball i dont care abou efficiency but some people are obsessed with efficiency and when i play scenarios efficiency is important thats why my favorite guns are poppets work great for both speedball and scenarios im not saying efficenty is bad on g3's but it is a spooly and from the g3's ive seen they dont get great efficiency
