So I got my wisdom teeth pulled on Friday, which in itself isn't so bad. I don't care about the medicine or the swelling or not being able to do anything, I JUST WANT TO EAT SOME REAL FUCKING FOOD. I'm fucking sick and tired of yogurt, pudding, ice cream, and jello. I'd kill for a piece of pizza or something of real substance. Fuck my gums. /rant

Had mine out in 6th grade, they didn't have roots. Took about a day to heal

I got mine taken out last year and had a week of quarters. It was pretty damn sweet if you ask me.

I HATED having my wisdom teeth out. All four of them were fully impacted and the surgery left me in excruciating pain. The first day was fine, but after I woke up the next morning, my bed looked lke a murder scene.- blood everywhere. My cheeks were swolen to twice their normal size. Couldn't eat normal stuff, it sucked.

Worst. Spring. Break. Ever.

I hear ya man, I had ONE wisdom tooth removed last December because it had gotten infected and that one tooth was an absolute bitch, the roots closed together and one actually hooked up. It took the dentist an hour and a half to get the damn thing out I was in a ridiculous amount of pain for about 4 days and it took a long while before I could eat properly again. The first solid meal I actually had was the Christmas mess dinner on base which was DELICIOUS lol. Then I just had the other 3 removed a few months ago and was actually able to eat real food the same day, didn't even have to take any meds at all for it. Those 3 were NOTHING compared to that first one, go figure and thank god lol.

I'm not looking forward to it. I get all four of mine removed on the 16th.

The bastards are already starting to make my teeth crooked.

Thankfully I didn't get sick at all, and now I'm gradually starting to eat more normal food. What a fun weekend it's been :dodgy:

I got mine out this morning.

I'm so hungry. I can't feel half my face.

At least the swelling in my tongue is starting to go down and it somewhat fits in my mouth now.

When it's all said and done, you get to look forward to having holes in your gums for food to get stuck in. That's what has happened to me anyway.

Yeah, food is starting to get stuck in the stitches, and some of the stitches are starting to come out.

Got mine out last Monday, and it was pretty easy (I'm only 15, no roots). I mean, the stitches are dissolving.

I also had four, I believe they came in straight though.

However I don't think my stitches are suppose to be dissolving yet.

I'm a rebel and ate food I wasn't suppose to.

I had myn pulled last summer. I woke up mid procedure. Thank goodness I was loopy and numb as shit or else I mightve freaked out. But afterwards I was pretty sore but those vicodins are great. Definetly get the 2nd refill if they gave you one.

Had mine taken out in September. about 7 days before I went on vacation. 3 of them to be exact. I was awake during the whole procedure and only somewhat locally numbed. Extraction didn't hurt, it was just annoying for 60 minutes holding your mouth open. 1 of them was a pain to remove and it kept oozing blood for nearly 2 weeks so solid food tasted like crap. Never had any problems with food in them though, Stitches do a good job of that.
