Burst disc on a steely tank?

I have a broken burst disc for my steely tank (at my real house, I'm in dorms atm) and I was wondering what pressure I need to get for it?

It's a myth V1 regulator so there's only one burst disc.

Do I get a 3K burst disc or a 4.5K burst disc?

Just checked my ol' steely GA and it's a 4.5k
