ok so i have had this phone for like over a year and a half now and my plan is suppose to auto charge my dads credit card ever month only once.. well about a month ago i started getting like 3-6 messages a day saying your account has been "automatically topped up". so i was like wtf i should get one once a month not 4 times a day so i told my dad im getting a bunch of them a day he was like oh well i wont know tell i get my bill for the credit card. we got the main on the way home and he get it so i asked him to look and see how many had gone threw... well yea i heard the scream came upstairs and we counted them so for last month should have charged me once it charged him over 70 times.... at $10.50 Canadian a piece... so needless to say he is pissed as hell.... we dont know why it started doing that but it did and now i know they all went threw im pissed as hell also. anyone have something like this happen to you? and what are your thoughts on then if it was an oops sure find fix it but if they refuse to refund for some reason im gona flip on something..... what you guys think?

Call them and complain, of the person on the phone says they can't help you either get elevated to someone else or ask to be connect with their customer retention people, who have the real power.
This happened to my family a few times, my sister cell phone bill could come back for $1000, and we'd just call Rogers and they'd sort it out.
Funny, it happen three times in a row because apparently something happened when they were pushing upgrade there the system.

yes thats wifi but running it on the desktop isent any better lol.

This sounds a lot like at&t, except their auto pay doesn't work so in a month or two you get a nice call saying you owe $1100.
