Empire Prophecy Bug Won't turn on but when it does solid orange light

Hey TechPB I am having troubles with my Empire Prophecy, as the title states it will not turn on but when it does there is a solid orange light and will not feed. Now today while messing around with it I got the solid orange light again and I left it there as it is better then nothing, so I was just messing around pressing all the buttons then I just spun the force feed on the bottom and a blue light came on. So it's obviously something to do with the board so I am wondering can I just do a full reset as I don't want to buy a new board because I got a spire and want to either sell it as is or keep it as a back up if I don't need to buy a new board

Edit: Upon messing around with it just after posting I have figured out that both lights turn on by doing the force feed

batteries are fresh and in the op I'm pretty sure I asked how to reset if not then how would I do it on the prophecy, don't say the manual because I have checked it and it won't say
