I have to agree. Sadly entry level milsim gear (Tippmanns, BT, etc.) have terrible resale considering they are EVERYWHERE. You have two choices:
1. Bite the bullet and sell for the prices Jurzy mentioned above.
2. Hold on to it all (Not recommended).
Don't rip off someone else. You wouldn't appreciate someone passing off a bad deal to you so don't do it to someone else.

This.
If you do post it up for near MSRP then that person will find out their mistake and not want to play paintball due to the "bad" community.

Honestly you're better off keeping it. You'll be lucky to sell any of it unless you give it away, save the gun for a backup/loaner, use the GxG vest to make things with (I cut up my GxG vest to make barrel socks, pod holders for pants, mask cam mounts etc), remote lines are good to screw around with. All of it isn't really worth the effort of selling and you'll find some use for it in the future.

I'm fortunate to have friends who trust the care input into my omega and will pay me 80 for it, but keeping it as a loaner gun doesn't sound half bad

I keep all my stuff, if not using it, I have it as loaner gear. You could have some fun with that Omega too; try taking off the feedneck assembly completely, and one ball for games. A ton of fun without the hopper, and it excites noobs cause your gun is "super realistic".
But yeah, I'd just keep it. You wouldn't get enough out of reselling it for it to be worth it honestly.
