Clean up Regional Sections

With 4 regional sections its just cluttering the page. I suggest you make one section with all the locations, and make it so when you click a location it shows 4 subforums, scenario, airball, woodsball, and pump.

Yes, this will greatly help the site. I think one forum for each state will be more than sufficient.
