I would say one of the best guns for semi auto are bob longs. So i would recommend looking to get a used bob long vice.

Check out an FEP Quest. The stock triggers on those are fantastic and perfect for semi.

a used vice or marq would be my fist choice. i honestly dont think i have shot a quest with a stock trigger so i cant really comment on those.
There are 2 kinds of people in this world. Those who think they can and those who think they can't. both of them are right.

My favorite triggers on stock markers have been Planet Eclipse ever since the Ego8. If that's your prime factor, I would look into the Planet Eclipse Etha when it comes out. The trigger on that thing is amazing.

get an a1. one thats been taken care of. they go for 300 all day

and idk the ethas frame is nylon and looks like it'd feel cheap like an ion frame or something, or the stock slg frame. i think thats what kills it for me. im waiting for reviews

I show up at a field that I never been to before for some rec-play wearing cargo pants with a t-shirt....carrying a old mech Spyder and two pringle potato chip cans for pods shoved in the pants pockets. The stares are priceless and after the first game or so you get to see the grins from the ref and players who know....priceless.

wiith your budget i suggest the dangerouse power g4. though sometimes they have problems with bolt stick once you lube it up and fix it the gun will shoot great. when i was in the market for my first 300-400 i stayed away from used guns. even though alot of people do take
care of there guns and maintane them i would just like have that reasurance that this gun is going to function properly. also if this is your first gun i urge you to deffinitly get a new gun because used guns do take some tinkering
