Hello guys, I was looking to get a new high-end marker and was wondering which I should get. I was leaning more towards the Clone due to its macrolineless design and sexy milling, but I've never shot one. Out of these 3 guns, which would you guys prefer to have?

I know it's poppet vs spool, but that doesn't really matter to me. I'm not looking for extreme efficiency, just ergonomics, ease of maintenance, etc...

Clone Gt's fit the bill relatively well. Sure the Ego 11 and LV1 are nice and all, but to me you really get just about the same with the gt, but with a spool and macroless design

Wait a bit for the Clone GTi to come out. Same as the GT, but better efficiency, and totally updated board. I've got the GT myself and it is soooo comfortable in the hands.

Wait for people's opinions on the LV1. You should check out the G6R and Victory as well, crazy good efficiency and awesome ergos along with shooting way better than any Ego (so far).

I was looking at a G6R initially, but there aren't any retailers in the GTA who can custom order it in for me in the color I want. Plus I feel like the GT would give me more bang for my buck in ergonomics, appearance, shot quality, and packaging. Having watched quite a few videos on Bob long guns, their packaging for what you pay is a little lacking If they included a case and more parts and such, I would definitely list it up here!

so because an etha has a case and tools it is better than a g6r or vic?

Out of the 3 you listed I have shot the Clone GT (own) and the Ego11. I have yet to see an LV1 in person. But I can tell you without a doubt that the GT is smoother then the Ego11 by leaps and bounds and they have similar efficiency numbers. Maintenance is very simple on the Ego11 but it is not difficult by any means on the GT. Ergonomics are purely personal preference. But to me the GT is one of the most comfortable guns Ive ever shot.

As for the LV1 I'm sure it shoots nice for an Ego but I seriously doubt that it is smoother than a well tuned G6R, Vic or even a GT. The efficiency numbers being put up by the LV1 are less then impressive for a poppet. Not to mention the gun is just fugly.

Not going to lie. I loved my GT! Great overall shooter, but I also really liked the Ego 11. Shot one at Legends using Evil Paint and never had a break, and there were a lot of people having issues with it... If you want something you will barely ever have to touch, get the Ego, but the GT is worth the little bit of extra work. It's smooth, quiet and feels amazing in the hands.
