New BST rule?

I might be the only one that gets really annoyed by this but i think there should be a new rule where you can not offer a cash offer without having the cash in your paypal. I find it quite aggravating when i get a offer and then they tell me the next post of well i wont have it till next month.

Just a suggestion.

I don't think it needs to be a rule, but you as a seller definitely need to set a deadline for when they need to have the money. If its too long of a time period, then move on.

I usually say first come first serve but im just saying its quite annoying when they say for example how about $400 and then you think you got a buyer then the next post they say oh well its gonna have to wait a month or when i get payed ect.

Welcome to BST. Many will waste your time. Show me the money is rule number one for the seller.

BST forums sites are like an online flea market with some rules. To many rules or cost to do business will leave a bad taste in the seller's or buyer's mouths, the experience will dimish over time and flea market will close up . As a seller residing in your "booth" you control your sales within reason and how you approach your "salespersonship" is what make's your selling experience good or bad. As they "walk" by....you decide who's a buyer and who's not.
