I'm seventeen years old, and I was recently interested in purchasing an item...
Since I don't have a credit card or paypal... Could I have my brother conduct a payment for me?

He's twenty-one and has some bst on PBN.
He has a paypal and was willing to, would this be ok?

Yes, as long as everyone knows what they're getting into, and PayPal is used properly.

Technically, if you wanted to do the payment yourself through paypal but without opening an account (As that's against their TOS, but using it so long as you have a legal means of doing so, which this is is perfectly okay if you're under 18), you could go to a 7/11 anywhere in the U.S. and buy a Vanilla Prepaid Visa. They work with lots of online purchases, and I use them on PP all the time as I don't trust my card online anywhere. I believe they're coming out with a new line of cards that's re fundable so you can put funds on any time with 1/2 the price of funding that you would normally do, and you keep the same card.
