Buying certain things.. Empire

Is there any place where you can directly buy things like empire barrel kit, like from the empire sniper. Or shells for the Z2 prophecy.

The only place I would know of would be Empire themselves.....My field is a Empire Dealer so I know they can special order things like that, so you might want to check into that at certain pro shops/ fields.
