Autococker Farting

My buddy has a pump Dye Reflex that farts and I forgot how to fix it. I am guessing the reg pressure is too high but I could be wrong.

Has it been sweetspotted? Also, sometimes farting can only be fixed by tweaking the valve spring, main spring and hammer weights, but mostly balancing the valve and hammer spring strengths.

I am rather sure that it isn't sweetspotted as on Saturday when he went to chrono he adjusted the reg pressure instead of adjusting the IVG .




EDIT: Should I sweetspot it and then see what happens?

sweet spot it, then chrono through the IVG if needed.
