Hey guys i am 6'6 270 at the age of 15 how can i lose wight fast thanks guys

Watch what you eat and count calories. Myfitnesspal is a great calorie counting app for your phone or computer. If you follow the recommended calories and religiously track them you WILL lose weight. Exercise is good and helps but you aren't going to lose any real weight unless you change your diet

What I did is that I stopped eating ALL snacks inbetween meals: just stuck to a small breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Losing weight is going to suck for the first week because its going to take time to adjust. Cardio alone will not get you to drop weight, 85% of weightloss is dieting and 15% of it is exercise.

and holy shit! You're 6'6 at 15?! That's insane! =D

Also, I would like to add, in my case using those calorie counters didn't help me at all. It got my mind more attached to food, the best thing I did was stopping thinking about food in general through getting out of the house and staying away from that damn kitchen =P
