There is always a possibility that people may be shifted out of a squad if it's too large and another too small. Which squad are you thinking of registering for? If it's on the Horde I can give you a good idea if people will be moved from it or not.

I think you should be fine then, so far attest as far as TechPB goes, there have not been many people on the Guard unless I'm mistaken.
