Im thinking about getting a used rotor and I was wondering if the virtue soft arm solves the problems with it jamming. I love every part of the rotor except for the jamming so this is a deciding factor. I do not like the spire because its just not my cup of tea, maybe next season ill check into it and I used a z2 last season.

It wouldn't seem like it because the rubber would just add a ton of more friction causing more jams.

I mean the friction caused wouldn't been much of a problem considering that the paddles are soft. I see that it wouldn't cause more jams, but it wouldn't cause less. People buy the soft paddles so they have less breaks.

the rotor doesn't jam much as it is.
if you use decent paint, it'll probably never jam on you.
before you buy the soft arm, use the rotor as is and see how it works. im betting it works perfectly fine.

When using my Rotor with stock parts, it took the absolute shittiest paint before I started seeing jams. Rotors don't jam nearly as much as everyone likes to think. I always got the impression that the Virtue arm was more about handling soft paint than stopping jams anyway.
