Thinking about going on vacation to mobile with some friends, and I was wondering what are the best speedball fields around or close to there?

Depending on if there is a team practicing on Sunday or not go to bobs paintball

Bob's has the only speedball field, but it's down almost every weekend unless there's a Sunday morning practice.

Extreme is like 10-15 minutes away from Bob's but it costs more for less, but there's more of a turn out.

If you want to play with a lot of people I'd go to Southern Alabama Paintball. If you're vacationing at Dauphin Island it'll be the closest.

As Morgan-Crp said....it's somewhat a hit or miss on the xball field....it's more or less if enough people want to play it...they'll blow it up....but most groups just like to hang out in the woods. But I've been there many times and the majority of the times there's some regulars there that are always down for some speedball.

Southern Alabama paintball would probably be the best if you're a hardcore rec-baller. Like they said, Bob's hardly blows it up if there aren't many speedballers there. I think our next practice is in sometime in July. Our practices at Bob's usually have a pretty good turn out but our walk on days aren't as well.

Xtreme is ridiculously overpriced in my opinion. Bob's and South both have reasonable prices. On our practices, Bob will only charge $10 and that includes all day air, field fee, and you can BYOP. South charges $8 field fee, $10 all day air, but is a field paint only field. They use Nelson paint which is pretty nice.
