Etek 4 AM and Emortal Board

So I bought an etek 4 AM, and saw in the manual that you can put it in the gun, but nothing online says you can, or for that matter can't, and tech team at planet eclipse sucked and could not tell me if existing emortal board would work or not on the etek 4 AM.


Any thoughts?

I emailed Planet Eclipse about it, and they said you can use the Etek 4 AM with the current emortal board - here is their reply:

Yes the Emortal Circuit Board is compatible with both the Etek3 and Etek4 providing that they are AM models or have been fitted with the AM Upgrade kit. I assume that the uncertainty has stemmed from the Emortal board originally being produced when we made the Etek3 and there were no plans at that stage for an Etek4. Please be advised that if you are planning on using the Emortal Circuit Board in your Etek4 AM then you will need to raise the stock dwell (which was intended for Etek3) by 1.0ms.
