I don't think it's a great idea. I weighed significantly more than you currently do at my top, and you need to think long & slow, not some crash, last minute bonzai diet. That'll do more harm than good
You need to think simple, simple, simple
3 basic meals a day-
Breakfast-
3 eggs
1 apple
half avacado
Lunch-
grilled chicken breast
broccoli
10 almonds
Dinner-
Grilled Chicken Breast
Broccoli
10 Almonds
Look at how people were shaped 40 or 50 years ago. Three basic meals a day. Not 10 meals a day, not crash diet, not pills, not any of these other crazy diets and crazy shit people preach today. The military follows this same program 3 square meals a day for about 1800 to 2000 calories.
You need to start looking at sugar aka carbs as your enemy, because it is. Pasta, rice, chocolate, pitas, it's all the same shit. Slow, long term changes, thats the trick
.
So what if i am thinking of doing the detox "to cleanse the body of toxins" as corny as that sounds (which were not as prevelent in people's body's 50 years ago), do you think it is still pointless? And you touched upon "3 square meals a day", does that rule out any small snacks along the way like a banana on the way home or orange in the evening?
