Profile picture?

I was just wondering why my profile picture won't show up. It's 110 x 140, a .jpeg and is less than 200kb. I can see it next to my name in the top right corner and when I click to see my profile, but I can't see it when I post on the forums. Am I doing something wrong?

Your profile picture is for your profile, your avatar is what shows up on the forums.
