asa bleed hole lets air out when i scre tank in

hey'z you'z guy'z when i went to screw my brothers tank in on my mini it started pouring out the bleed hole on the bottom of the asa and wehn i backed it out about a half a turn it stopped leaking whasup wit dat?
my tank doesnt do that i can screw it all the way in without a leak
