Do they come and watch when you play? That might help if they don't so they can see how good of a time you play. Improving grades also never hurts to make a parent like anything you want to do more.

You have to ask them why and try to work out a solution with them.
That being said, you will get many different opinions from people so forums are usually not the best place to ask for life advise.

My parents, mainly mom, never supported me playing. So I got 3 jobs... Now they cant say shit.

If they don't want to talk to you about paintball, then don't talk to them about paintball outside of essential necessity (like if you are unable to drive, which based on the questioning I'm guessing you are < 16).
My parents were never big on paintball. Eventually my dad tried it but that wasn't until much later.
That's just my opinion. There's no "need" to bug them with it if they don't want to know about it.
