Everyone that has dealt with Canadian Paintball in my experiences has been severely disappointed. They ship late, sometimes as late as two weeks after payment (even though the product is in stock) and if they don't have the item you purchased online they have the right to swap it with something "similar" and charge the difference to your credit card without telling you. I would not recommend dealing with Canadian Paintball.

I've been ordering from Paintballgear.ca for years now, and they're usually good. Lately though, it seems like they have trouble getting stock, or having a good selection of sizes/colors. But I'd still order from them. I placed an order for some knee pads, elbow pads, and a bunch of other small crap over at Badlands, a couple of months ago. I only have the knee pads and I can't tell what's going on with the other stuff because they don't have accounts on their website.

Ktown- on the contrary badlands has amazing customer service with customers in their stores, then again i deal with them close to 2-3 times a week, and imo one of the best anywhere. And their online orders are usualy fine for most people but a couple problems here and there are to be expected.

The only downside is you may have to pay extra here and there but im willing to spend the extra $5-$10 for the customer service i recieve.

One thing i am surprised at is Canadianpaintball because their service has gone downhill. I knew a couple of the staff in the north york store personally(used to play creek ball with them when i started off and still keep in touch) but i dont think many of them work there anymore so the customer service quality has gone down. In regards to this, i have to agree with D Matos. It shouldnt be like that at all

You also have to keep in mind that badlands supplies to a ton of companies... they supply to most major paintball stores(ripple paintball-area51, screaming eagle-haliburton,a couple others in PEI and Halifax that i know of, if i am not mistaken), they have quite the product order going on all the time.

Connor: The rule of thumb here is...
Rosengurtie: Wait, rule of thumb? In the early 1900s it was legal for men to beat their wives, as long as they used a stick no wider than their thumb.
Connor: Well, can't do much damage with that then, can we? Should have been a rule of wrist.

Badlands is horrible. When you go into their store they never have anything in stock in less than a 2XL for softgoods.
