Some of this is just personal opinion, but I find almost all of the markers that are in the same general price range (Crossover, Axe, FX, and Invasion) to be superior to the Reflex Rail, and the Etek3 is evenly comparable for those that want a stacked tube poppet but must have an on/off ASA.
The Reflex looks nice aesthetically, and is very smooth comparatively, but I did not like the ergonomics and especially did not like the trigger. If I was buying a tournament level marker that would be fairly plug-and-play, I don't know that I could pass on the Axe for its price, especially a good used price.
EDIT: I forgot the Drone DX. I've heard it's very very good, I just don't have experience with it. I have used the Cyborg, and I thought the trigger on it was terrible - supposedly the terrible trigger is a "feature" of Macdev.
