did a quick search for what your refering too is this it? My link if so then no i would not use it in your marker, its "powdered" graphite, probably wouldnt do good things to your bolt or the inside of your chamber. at least with my experience with Lubricants.

But when I can get something else with 2x-3x more for cheaper, it's too expensive. For oil that is, I haven't looked at Dow 33 or anything else grease related.

Most oils that don't corrode O-rings work in paintball guns. And that tube of Dow 33 may last YOU months. But think of the fields that have enmey's or spool valves as rentals, they use quite a bit of lube and buying a big tube from an auto/hardware store would be cheaper and better in most cases.

just use what the manufacturer tells you to use. at most, you'll spend $2-3 more on dow33 than you would some untested alternative.
just get a good size tub of dow 33 and you'll have enough to last you for years and years.

here's two choices:
1. Buy lube that costs $15 less, and spend theoretically $300 on repairs because all the o-rings are corroded, your bolt is corroding, your regulator needs to be replaced, and electronic damage? (worst case scenario)
2. Or buy the lube that is $15 more, but stretches your gun's life span by a year or two?

personally, in a pinch, you can use baby oil
I'd just get on macrolineguy.com, order some paintball specific lubes (dow 33, slick honey, etc) and go with that

a paintball store or field will more than likely know how to get a large amount of lube for cheap. if the field is using random lube for their guns, they are really trying to penny pinch.

Best lube on the market today. Everyone should try it, especially if you have a spoolie.
