At work today, i was cleaning this oil heater. I had to get down really low to reach some areas and I was like "hey, this is a good way to strengthen my core for paintball." So I would sort of squat while cleaning for a few minutes at a time and I could feel it strengthening my abs/ core, which is useful in paintball.
So my advice?
During a down time, find random shit that is down really low that no one ever bothers to clean. If this applies to your line of work. You will pass your shift faster, get conditioned for paintball, and get some props from your boss for being a "go getter."
If you have any other tips of working out while at work or school, post them here

anything that forces your upper body "off center", works your core. Carrying a 5 gallon bottle of water while walking, overhead squats, situps and crunches
And actually, one of the best ab workouts is sprinting!
