Probably the best pump gun for the price is the Azodin Kaos Pump. There's no need for aftermarket parts unless you feel the need for it. I recommend getting the Hitman mod for it though.

i would say just go for a used phantom, you cannot go wrong with a phantom. Literally. If you dont like it theres soooooo many different setups you can do with some parts and if all goes wrong sell it for all your money back.

if you get the azodin kaos pump go with the limited edition with a single trigger frame. its 20 dollars more than the regualer pump

for a stock class i say dont do it you have to rock and cock it its alot harder than regular pump but if you must have a stock class go with phantoms or somthing

This,or get the kaos and put a piece of 1" PVC pipe in the feedneck and a 12 gram changer.If you get the kaos and modify it,then you might aswell save up for a phantom.The VSC(vertical stock clas)is $250,which is only about $70 dollars more than the kaos.
