Hmm I really can't see this being very practical. Of course it would be woodsball and scenario only, I can never see a speedball player using this on the field. I think it would feel very awkward having to hold the marker down by your waist and squeezing the tube for the paint to come out. It also looks pretty easy for balls to fall out, especially if that strap comes loose.

A lot of scenario players use vest, anybody know if they compatible with vests at all?

Oh yeah, roll on your back and you have a whole case worth of nasty paint dripping out like soup. If that strap comes loose and you are up on one knee, I can see all of the paint just rolling out.

I am considering picking one up... specially since one of the fields I play at has a 2 pods, one hopper paint limit. This is technically a podless system, so I will have a case of paint when everyone else has 500 rounds lol.

No really this is pretty cool, as long as it doesn't blend paint.
There's two kinds of people in this world when you boil it all down. You got your talkers and you got your doers. Most people are just talkers, all they do is talk. But when it is all said and done, it's the doers that change this world. And when they do that, they change us, and that's why we never forget them. So which one are you? Do you just talk about it, or do you stand up and do something about it?

I agree. I don't see this catching on at all for a few reasons. One, like Tenacious pointed out, it looks like laying down or rolling would crush your paint. One broken ball (either from being shot or from pressure) even near the mouth is gonna get paint on all the other balls on their way out.

Secondly, it looks like you would waste a lot of paint because you can't see into the hopper as well when filling. So you are very likely to overfill your hopper and loose paint. Also, it seems like you would have to tip your hopper backwards to allow the balls to fall into it correctly, which means you're not getting a full hopper full.

Thirdly, if you are under fire, you have to hide so that you can bring your gun down to your hip and reload. You can't reload and fire back at the same time.

Lastly, like Kahnif mentioned, most scenario players use vests for other things, like tanks, tool pockets, ID pouches, grenade pouches, holsters, etc. This doesn't look very compatible vests, especially those that aren't modular in design.

The only people that I can see making good use of this are heavy gunners, people that use quadzillas, and people using stationary guns.

I think it is a nice idea, but impractical. When that thing is half full, the paint is going to slosh around a lot. If you are a stealth player, this will not work for you, and all that sloshing around might break paint.

It looks cool. But I agree it has some issues.
The great players don't have time to bicker about which is better: Speedball or Woodsball. They just play both.

WOW. Very ingenuitive...perfect for those big scenario guys that sling paint on their APE rampage A-5's and hardly ever run.

The more I think about it, the less practical it seems. Pods are just so convenient, and I don't know how often I stay posted up on someone, while reloading. This would FORCE me to take my gun down to reload. Plus you wouldn't be able to get a trade out if someone tried to bunker you.
