Rules:
1. must frequently stay up after midnight
2. the president and VP will be posting in red, and the people in council will be posting in purple or blue.
3. don't be a douche
4. no BST
5. To earn your way into the club you will have to be active in the club after midnight.
6.No one talk to andrew, he is a strange, strange little man

Let's clarify: Gifs ARE Allowed, HOWEVER, none that includes bouncing boobs, ass, or anything of that nature.
