Don't have a weight, but I think I've gained.

But for my exercising I've been doing weightlifting followed by HIIT two to three times a week. Then I have whey or a whey smoothie :)

What does whey taste like? Some extra protein couldn't harm me and if it tastes good why not? Also being it is a supplement is there any age restriction?

Me and you are the same age Bacon and I have the super whey protein shakes. They are safe to use as long as it doesn't have creatine in it. I like the chocolate flavor because you can add anything so if you start using it, get chocolate. The shakes have helped me gain a few pounds so far so I guess there working :P.

I dont think there is an age restriction.

But I use peanut butter, bananas and chocolate whey, so you can kind of guess it tastes like a peanut, banana chocolate milk shake :D

You miss the point of protein.. its not just a supplement you need it to sustain muscle growth.. I think it's just your workout thats not working!

Weightlifting and plyometrics four times a week. Really starting to tone up, but weight is staying steady at 173 on my scale. But our schools wrestling scale said 183 before plyometrics, so I had ate a meal a couple hours before and with water weight I'd say that scale would say 177-178 without those two.

166.5 this morning. I had to eat something shitty because I was going crazy from having to eat certain stuff. So I had pizza for dinner and breakfast. Feels good man.
